Fingerprints for Europe visitors?

Americans and all other travelers entering Europe would have to be fingerprinted under a plan approved this week by the European Union. But don’t start readying your thumb yet: The plan must be approved by all 27 member nations and wouldn’t go into effect until 2013. more
